Mandatory Rental Rules

No Cancellations or Refunds

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

Fixed Rental Duration

Duration selected during placement cannot be changed later (e.g., 3 weeks can't be shortened to 2 weeks).

Security Deposit Policy

Payable at delivery; refunded within 24 hours of return if the product is in proper condition.

Fixed Delivery Route

Deliveries follow predefined routes; specific time requests cannot be accommodated.

Damage & Deposit

If the returned toy is found damaged beyond normal wear, the security deposit will be forfeited.

24-Hour Complaint Box

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for consideration.

Toy Rental Agreement

When you rent toys from The Toy Rent Company, you agree to use them responsibly and ensure they are returned in good condition. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for safe usage according to intended purposes. Please supervise children during playtime and ensure small parts are kept away from infants to prevent choking hazards.

Prohibited Uses

Users are prohibited from using the site for unlawful purposes, infringing intellectual property, uploading viruses, or interfering with security features. We reserve the right to terminate service for violations.

Modifications & Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without liability to any third party.
